Our curate, the Rev’d Alex Borman, is leaving us at Easter, moving his curacy to his home parish.
For some time Alex has been reflecting on his ministry and has felt that moving to a parish closer to home would be beneficial for his curacy, both in parish and in the workplace. He hasn’t felt able to commit enough time to our benefice to be effective in his ministry.
The Bishops have agreed this move and so Alex will be leaving us on Easter Day to return to Boultham.
Alex, Jo and Clara will be in our prayers and we hope to be there to support Alex when he is priested – though at the moment we don’t know when.
