Your wedding at All Saints

We hope that you will consider us as a venue for your special day.  If you are thinking about marrying at All Saints, please talk to the Rector at an early stage and she will guide you through the process.

If you are resident in the parish of Nocton you are entitled to marry here - there is no qualifying time so you are eligible as soon as you move in!  You are also able to marry at All Saints if either of you can meet any one of the following:
  • you have lived in the parish for a period of at least 6 months - even if this was many years ago
  • you were baptised (christened) in the parish
  • you were prepared for confirmation in the parish
  • you have regularly gone to normal church services at All Saints for a period of at least 6 months - even if this was many years ago
  • one of your parents has lived in the parish for a period of at least 6 months at any time after you were born
  • one of your parents has regularly gone to normal church services at All Saints for a period of at least 6 months, at any time after you were born
  • your parents or grandparents were married at All Saints
There is much more helpful information at www.yourchurchwedding.org

We may be able to help with arranging your flowers - please talk to the Rector about this.  We can also arrange a blessing of a civil marriage or renewal of wedding vows.

Please be aware that the legislation permitting same-sex marriage specifically excludes the Church of England (and the Church in Wales) and we are not legally permitted to offer same-sex marriage.
